It seems like yesterday when I had 20 different shades of blue swatches all circled around a green apple on my dining room table. Every night I’d ask my husband, “do you like this one the best?” His answer was always the same; “Babe, it looks beautiful!” I’m not sure he realized that each night I had asked him about a different shade of blue, but in his mind it didn’t matter – blue was blue and it was going to be a Beautiful Day.
Choosing your wedding colors is a big, tricky project that sets the stage for your big day. It’s the first (of many) decisions that give you and your groom the opportunity to let your personalities shine through. Whether you decide to go bright and bold, or soft and romantic, it is important that all colors stay within the same color family and are displayed throughout the entirety of your wedding décor. This will add personality to your wedding and make the event more memorable to everyone.
Below I have listed some of the most traditional, trendy, and unique wedding color combinations for your own wedding inspiration. Go with your gut and just remember: no matter what colors you choose its going to be a Beautiful Day!!!
